On the move again?

So the day before we went on holiday, the estate agent rang to say our offer had been accepted!

Lucky for us, the vendors decided to accept our (slightly cheeky) offer on condition we were happy to exchange asap but not complete until late September. That actually suits us well as we've got our rental until the end of August anyway.

Of course there's still a way to go, but we've instructed a surveyor and a solicitor.

As long as the survey doesn't throw out any nasties and once we've exchanged, I'll talk about our new home in Cornwall some more!
